Notes:
Most of the crew is well but Jen still has a cold. She is doing ok except would like some medicine to stop her nose running. Unfortunately it looks like we don't have any specific cold medicine in the medicine supplies. We have allergy tablets but these are not ideal and can cause a lot of drowsiness.
